I have a condo in Royal Palm bay. the unit 16 have rentals they have trach on the porch, old cars and they have animals doing #2 no the steps. the HOA is no good. They just want the money. Run for the hills I want move today...

This condo was spacious and clean and only 8 minutes from Disney World. We could actually see some of the fireworks from the Epcot at night.

Location is OK, but rooms were not as clean as expected. There was no coffee, although there was a coffee machine. This IS NOT a 3 star location; it is more a 2 star.

This palce is great, about 1200 square feet... 2 and 3 Bedroom Condos with 2 Full Baths and a Full, Totally Equipped kitchen (do you know how much money we saved on meals alone?) They have a gorgeous pool and hot tub and High speed Internet Access in the clubhouse.

That there is no on site office. No maid service unless you pay extra. We had to wash our own towels if we needed clean ones. Our toilet was plugged up and we had to use the plunger provided to fix it. "Someone" forgot to hook up our phone so we never did have phone service (5 day stay) after repeated requests for a phone.
