This place is clean, nice, and over looks a yacht harbor. The courtsey shuttle driver is really cool. We took the shuttle daily to Waikiki, which is about a 5-10 minute drive. The restaurant next door has great ribs. It also has nightly live music and is a good place to relax and have a drink. I really enjoyed the hotel, but I just wish it was ...

The hotel was wonderful and the services were great. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping did a great job. The shuttle was great and the concierge was very helpful. We planned many activities and my husband was able to play golf with some other guests of the hotel. The only negative was we booked 2 rooms and they did not put us on the ...

Great experience!
By kilasworld, 12/22/05
The Hawaii Prince Hotel is conviniently located in the heart of Waikiki next to the Alawai Boat Harbor. A short walk away is the Ala Moana shopping center in one direction and historic Fort Derussy in the other direction. About a ten minute walk from the Hwaii Convention Center, the Hawaii Prince Hotel is the ideal place to stay when visiting Oahu.

We will return

Excellent and courteous staff, lovely clean room. Appears to cater primarily to Asian business travelers rather than beach vacationers, so it was quiet and immaculate.
The breakfast brunch on the weekend was relatively inexpensive ($30) and grand. Brunch items ranged from many types of shushi to roast beef and omlets made to order to sticky ...

Would love to go back sometime!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/05
I stayed at the hotel for a week during July of 2005. Our room was located on the 27th Floor and the glass elevators offered a breathtaking view of surrounding areas.
The room was large with a fabulous view of the Ala Wai Yacht Club and Marina and the ocean. It was extremely wonderful to look out in the mornings to see the surfers and yachts on ...

A little out of the way....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/05
The hotel facility was great; service was excellent; rate on priceline was hard to beat; a brisk 15 minute walk to the activity on the main strip in Waikiki, though, so a little removed if you're looking to be in the middle of action. Also, no place to enjoy a drink in the evening ~ we had to walk to the Sheraton megaresort a few blocks away for a cool frozen drink.

Quiet and Close
By DonaldM, 05/16/05
Very nice hotel with decent restaurants close by. The shuttle runs on time and the staff in all areas are very polite.
All rooms are ocean view of the harbor. The hotel has a nice day spa and pool area.
The main restaurant is limited to seafood (just in case you have allergies!)

First time and looking forward to second....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/31/05
First time in Hawaii with my wife and we both agreed that we'll be back and stay at this hotel again. The hotel is sitting infront of the marina and all rooms are facing the ocean. The room has big window which you can open and get the fresh ocean breeze. The bellboys were very friendly and were very helpful were able to answer all our ...

The only place to stay in Waikiki
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/05
After a long day at the Pro Bowl, what a delight it was to be greated at the front desk with cool towels to begin the cleansing of the stadium dust! The receptionist there were great and were prompt in getting us to our rooms. We opened the door and my mouth simply dropped! Yahoo!Travel had only guarenteed above the 5th floor...we were excited ...
