My mom and I stayed for three or four days approximately five years ago. The rooms were very simple and clean. However, I keep kosher and had to bring my own food. I loved the fact that our room had it's own kitchenette. Fantastic! It made life so much simpler for me knowing my food would be kept fresh. I also liked that it was out-of-the-way. Very quiet. I was working in a cancer hospital at the time and craved quiet and peace.

My wife and I have stayed at the Clarendon Motel on several occasions. The rooms are small, but are well kept and the bathrooms are remarkable well cared for.

On one occasion we had been "snowed in" in Boston and were not able to drive through a storm with blizzrd conditions, the owner's were kind enough to cancel our reservation ...

I have stayed at the Clarendon Motel many times and I feel it is the best place to stay in North Conway, the rooms are very very clean, every room has a different decor with quilts and nicely wallpapered, plenty of room, full closet to hang clothes, all rooms have been updated nicely.

This charming clean motel is the best value for your money. The owners are personable and service-oriented.They treat you like family. I always stay at the Clarendon whenever I visit the White Mountains. It's like coming home.

I spent a weekend at the Clarendon this summer and couldn't have been happier. The location was very convenient to Jackson and Downtown North Conway. The rooms have plenty of room and are extremely clean. The family running the motel are very friendly and accomodating. I will definately return in the near future.
