EASY ACESS TO TROLLEY AND DOWNTOWN . ENJOYED POOLS AND RESTURANT, BREAKFAST ONLY FOR RESTURANT. FRONT DESK GAVE US SOME WONDERFUL RESTURANTS TO VIST FOR LUNCH AN DINNER. HOUESKEEPING WAS VERY NICE . WILL COME BACK AGAIN

Housekeeping staff was great, we had nice fresh towels each day and all the amenities. Our room was very clean. Although a fridge in the room would have been nice. Hotel is dated, service is excellent. I hope we get a balcony room when we return.

We stayed at Glenstone Lodge because we got a great price. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious in the restaurant and a good price. We did not use the pool but saw a lot of kids having a great time, They have a nice covered picnic area by a rushing mountain stream right beside their outdoor swimming pool. Overall a great experience. Not the newest but very clean.

Besides the place being outdated, musty smelling, clogged drains and roaches, the location is good. But the owners sure need to realize how unfriendly their staff is to guests. We were told the room was 109.00 nightly but 122.00 was charged to my card. Also I was told it was 2 blocks to main parkway and that was a lie it was at least 3/4 mile if not 1 mile since I had my elderly mother with me this was too far for her to walk. NEEDS TO BE UPDATED.
