A City OasisVery friendly staff and great service. The lobby is exquisite with its twenty-metre-long chandelier. The room was top notch. Cool hotelI absolutely loved this hotel.i was quite excited about the size of the whole thing but I was worried about my kids wandering off into this huge hotel and me not knowing where they are.i loved my room and the service was very good and they are nice staff and were tolerant with my two year old daughter and my fussy A-class son!

The best service I've ever experienced anywhereOn the particular trip when I stayed at the Royal Park I injured my knee (walking too much) and the staff went way out of their way to help me (one of the managers actually saw me off to the City Air Terminal on the day I left)
