A very nice pool area is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel - Very, very expensive with a charge for everything except the air you breathe and the coqui serenade at night and if they could find a way to charge for that...they would. Lousy for families.

Rooms: I have two words to say about the rooms: "holiday inn". and that is exactly what they were. I was desgusted as soon as I found a used "thing" under the covers

Love the location...so much to do. Many choices for restaurants. Amazing experience. Great for family, friends, or a romantic getaway for two. Close to Old San Juan and many stores. Easy access to the Plaza las Americas. Friendly service, everyone is always willing to help you out. And the pool, beach, and casino are awesome!
