my first time to Puerto Rico and my stay was a wonderful memory. The staff was very attentive and polite. The food may have been too pricey. The pool was unbelievably gorgeous and romantic in the evening. Very clean and staff on hand all around for any need.

Great facility right on the beach! Pool area is gorgeous. The staff is wonderful and everyone seems to speak English which is a BIG plus! We enjoyed the lobby bar with exellent entertainment. The beach bar and grill was exellent. The service was great from all of the restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The little mall across the street is convienent with a munber of less expensive restaurants. Even there we found the people and service to be great.

Like my dad used to say, "You get what you pay for!". Here at the InterContinental you pay for service, location and the pool/beach area and they deliver!

My husband and I have made vacationing at this wonderful hotel a family tradition. We initially stayed there when it was called the "San Juan Grand." The name may have changed, but that is about it. The location is amazing, the hotel is gorgeous, the pool is phenomenal, need I say more? While, my husband and I enjoy the night life at the nearby El San Juan Hotel (former Wyndham Hotel), we would never stay any place else.

The hotel was gorgeous and the location was prime. We had a loose balcony railing and the hotel promptly fixed it and upgraded us to a nicer room. I would go back anytime.
