I have stayed at several hotels throughout the US and I know now what truely sets them apart: the service. Fancy hotels are a dime a dozen and this hotel is as fancy as they get. It has beautiful marble interior and a huge atrium. My daughters loved the glass elevators and the statues of the hanging birds!

I loved the neighborhood where the hotel is located, it's quiet but only a few miles away from downtown austin, and around the hotel is a super nice shopping center. The hotel itself is almost perfect, nice pool, excellent service, great restaurant, and it even has a huge park outside the hotel. you can just walk to the shopping center right next to it!
