would never stay again

we had a one night stay on are way home from New Zealand,ejoyed the stay ,then when we got home we found they had taken the nights stay out of are bank,We payed cash on leaving to get rid of are dollors,I am still trying to get are money back.We do a lot of traveling and we have never been treated like this Mrs A Allcorn

Misleading Advertising

The "continental breakfast" was served in the basement area with handrails only on one side of the stairwell. My handicapped partner could not avail himself of the benefit because there was nothing to steady him as he ascended back up the stairs.

The experience was horrific ranging from incompetent hotel personnel to a room that smelled like mold. It is best to avoid rooms on the first floor since they are dark and cold. The location of the hotel is wonderful but the experience is ruined by lodging here. Although more expensive, I would recommend staying at The Marriott.

Family of 4 stayed 2 nights at lower level beachside room. Visited Universal and walked around Venice Beach. We were not rushed out. Service was good. Checkout was at 11:30 so the kids (8 and 9) got to hang out at the little beach while we watched them from the room as we were packing. Appeared safe. Room was a basic room. A cute little place and conveniently located to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Nothing fancy, but it's quite and clean. The staff was also nice. I would, however, suggest getting a room overlooking the marina. The only thing I have against this place is that it is not pet friendly. I would, however, probably stay there again.

Very cute little place with an excellent staff. The rooms are very clean, within walking distance to the beaches, airport shuttle.. I've stayed there three times and will continue to do so. It is not a big fancy hotel with valet, fancy fixtures, etc., but if you want something right on the marina that is cute, clean, and friendly... this is the place.
