If you want to waste your money and want some kinda Mac Donalds manager go to Sofitel O'hare. The Front Desk manager was totally rude and does not know what customer service mean. Horrible !

We absolutely loved the Sofitel. It was our first time in this hotel, and not only was it a sight to see, but the service was also great. The front desk attendant, Casandra, found out it was our wedding day and she sent us complimentary cider and tuxedo strawberries. I would love to stay there again on our next vist to Chicago.

Service was exceptional. Felicia at the front desk was a life saver and went an extra mile to help us out giving us directions around the city. All other services were great and we loved our time there. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!I highly reccommend this hotel!!

The only thing good I can say about this hotel is that it is PRETTY. TV don't work, then told that it's sensitive to touch so kids won't order movies on their own and don't use the buttons on the front of TV because they are not meant to be used.
