For the price we paid I expected this to be a nice place. Walking in the door, the place had a funky smell. Our room dirty, dusty, bed bugs. The coffee pot sent me over the edge, if that was as gross as it was, what was the kitchen like?

The owners could not be more accommodating and the service is so friendly. I needed wireless connection and I was not disappointed . The rooms are very clean and the beds are fantastic. I felt so comfortable and secure in this place away from home. It is a real "find" with easy access to Lake Geneva. In the morning you can stroll over to the coffee shop around the corner and enjoy breakfast.

This is a classic B& B. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are extremely nice, the food is good but not overboard and the extras like Wi-Fi are great and free! Will definitely stay here again and I recommend it highly!!!

The location is prime in that you are right across the street from the lake front trail which goes all around the lake in front of exquisite homes and mansions. The house is historic, but has not been well maintained, nor have the grounds. The innkeeper was 'strange'; not the chatty or welcoming sort, but somewhat aloof and not hospitable ...
