This motel looked like it hadn't been updated since it was built, the carpet was dirty, all the furniture was worn, tired & dated, rusty water came out of the tub. The location is great but there are cheaper and MUCH higher quality hotels in Ephraim. It's a shame that they let a great location go to waste (and charge you like they've been taking care of it! $170/night for a suite!).
