Friendly Staff

We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful & all spoke very good English. We had one night where there was a lot of noise from a nearby room at 1am. We phoned reception to complain & within minutes one of the staff had quietly & calmly sorted the problem.

Gave away room we had paid for (twin beds, bigger room) for all 3 nights, had college kids in hallways all night, manager did nothing to rectify prepaid rooms that were given away.

Funniest aspect is hotel's description of "modern soundproofing" We could hear toilets flushing and water running in 3 directions. Could hear ...
