Dirty floors, Rude counter people, they moved us to another room and the floors were just as dirty!!!!!!

Pros: Its a bed to sleep in
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

WE WERE REALLY INPRESSED BY THE LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, AND ACCOMDIATIONS OF THIS HOTEL. IT HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY. MY FAMILY CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR OUR NEXT GETAWAY. WE WILL TAY HERE AGAIN.

There is nothing to complain about other than my stay wasn't long enough! The entire staff is wonderful! A friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel equal a great place to stay in Nashville.

Thank you to front staff Kathy and Steve and also others whose names I didn't catch. Staff gave great information about venues and activities and details about Nashville. Rooms were clean and of decent quality with comfortable beds. Lisa Lally provided fun entertainment in the lounge if you are in the hotel later at night.

We loved the place. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
