The beds are simply heavenly. A great location for the nearby Gaslamp area. Rooms are spacious and private. Room service was full of options. The bedding were fantastic and the shower wonderful.

The best thing about the Westin Horton Plaza is, of course, the heavely bed! Done completely in white, the heavenly bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Great locale. very luxurious. This hotel is right next to the Hrton shopping plaza with alot of big name stores. A block away is the Gaslamp District with popular bars and clubs.
The rooms included a b ig screen tv, a large shower and high speed internet. The bed was the most comfortable one I have felt.

The total luxury concept. Everything was pre planned to make the stay convient for the guest and the hotel made you feel important and wanted. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. they went the extra mild.

I have no complaints and would return at the drop of a hat.

The beds are sooooo comfortable, when the Westin advertises the "Heavenly Bed" they mean it. The beds are like floating on clouds, you fall asleep instantly.
This hotel is central to everything you want to see and do.
Valet parking is expensive.
