Great ValueThere are several good things about this hotel and very few bad things. In short, the hotel was located in the Gas Lamp quarter, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The help was also courteous and quick to respond to all my needs. The only thing missing is a cd player in the room. I would definitely stay there again.3 of 3 Yahoo! good choiceI stayed in the hotel for one night.. i had a good experience.. the service was good.. everyone was friendly.. i request a king size bed, when we got the room there were a double beds. i called front desk and they were able to help right away.. they moved us to a king size bed room with no problem.the only problem was that it smell like cigarret. ...2 of 2 Yahoo! the beds ARE comfortable. but i think it's the pillows, and not necessarily the bed, that are the real amenity.
stylish decor throughout, that ALMOST makes you feel at home instead of being in a hotel.
quite a few intimate nooks for reading, computing, meeting, etc.
near lots of shopping, dining and entertainment.

A touch of luxuryThe beds are simply heavenly. A great location for the nearby Gaslamp area. Rooms are spacious and private. Room service was full of options. Heavenly StayThe best thing about the Westin Horton Plaza is, of course, the heavely bed! Done completely in white, the heavenly bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Luxury+LocationGreat locale. very luxurious. This hotel is right next to the Hrton shopping plaza with alot of big name stores. A block away is the Gaslamp District with popular bars and clubs.

Great Great Great & more GreatThe total luxury concept. Everything was pre planned to make the stay convient for the guest and the hotel made you feel important and wanted. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. they went the extra mild.

sparkle cityIt was the most beautiful fountain I ever saw
It is also located walking distance to the down town strip and horton plaza mall.
