This hotel was gross, it had cockroaches, it smelt bad like mildew, it was dirty. I've stayed at my shares of hotels but Motel 6 this was the worst! I did not enjoy my stay, i did not like going back, ewww, there was cockroaches outside of the building crawling on the walls!! Disgusting!! DO NOT STAY THERE!@

Called a lady the night before and asked if I could check in early because I was going to get into Wilmington early. She politely told me it would be no problem.
Upon arrival the next day, a lady greeted me and asked if I was checking out.
I told her, "No maam, I'd like to get a room."

Hotel room was dirty. The carpet was damp. The bedding was not clean. There was a attempted vandalism on my car and a druken brawl outside my window several times during the night.

The staff was very helpful in getting us to the motel after becoming lost, Very friendly and patience!
The room was very comfortable and clean!
the air condition was adequate and with police patroling around the area I felt secure!
The motel was located just right for us as we had business on the waterfront and spent most of our time going to and from one to the other, a straight shot!

Will stay again when in the area!
