Ghostly

We attended as a gtoup and the story telling was incediable to say the least. You could feel the passion of the story teller and the ghosts the haunt you.
Awesome history in this place. Used as a civil war hospital during the battle of Vicksburg.
Nice rooms, large comfortable bed. We stayed here in late July of 2006. We were the only ones there that night, and it was a Friday night, so you can expect it to be a quiet retreat.
It is haunted, and you may very well find this out personally, but ...

His staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious (a real southern breakfast). Green Duff Manor is a beautiful home and ...

Additionally, two long-haired, bad-smelling dogs have the run of the house and guests have to be careful to close the hall door behind them so the dogs won't get out. The manager should either keep the dogs out of the guest area or tell people about the ...

I can't wait to visit again!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/20/06
I loved the at home feeling. Harry and his staff were GREAT! They made you feel right at home. The breakfast was very tasty, I loved my French Toast and warm honey over it. I stayed in the Dixie Room and my bed was so comfortable I could have slept my visit away. If you go to hunt ghost, believe me you will not be disappointed!

Very Nice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/24/05
The owners and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the house. It was clean inside and tidy outside. The house was beautiful and decorated exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable. It was on a quiet street.
