The room was a little dank but OK for the price. The problem was that the owner cheated us. We booked for three days - August 2,3, & 4. The evening of the day we arrived I asked if we could cancel the third day and get a full refund. We were assured by the owner that we certainly could.

I made a lot of calls looking for the best price, as saving money was the prime motivation. Best thing in Williams ! Very fair prices, very clean rooms with all the amenities. Complimentary continental breakfast served by "Bob" the host. Bob is very personable and helpful. This is the place to stay !

On our annual motorcycle run through Williams we always stay at the Grand (last 5 years). Bob is a super host, he even picked us all up from the local fairgrounds one year as the taxis stop running around 10 pm. Rooms very neat clean and original. Morning breakfast great. Best place in Williams.

Bob the manager went out of his way to help me with all questions i had, very courteous and polite, gave great service, and his little dogs and cat were great, they did not like my pup however. the room was very clean and comfortable.

The Grand was perfect. This was our first stay here and we just loved it. We had our 4 kids and dog and there was enough room for everyone. The kids loved having their own rooms. The Grand was very old, but, it added to the nostalgia. Bob was a great host,and the breakfast was more than we expected. Thanks Bob for making Father's Day so perfect ...
