The desk staff was helpful and courteous for the 2 nights thet we stayed. The breakfast was nice and the town of lexington was nice also. Alewife 'T' station was 10 minutes away. The only complaint was that the floor was very dirty.

We had no air-conditioning in our room. It was broke and no one bothered or even tried to fix in during our 4 night stay.
No water in the pool. The remote control to our tv was broke, no one cared. Every time you went to the front desk they crabbed at you. Terrible service.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the services. AAA had given this hotel a poor rating and we were thrilled when we arrived and saw that it was clean and affordable, but most importantly pet friendly. The continental breakfast was superior to most and while the hours of operation were exceeded they still made it possible for the late arrivals to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait for our next return.
