  • hotel restaurant is horrible
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/09/08
The restaurant CIMA in the hotel has very bad service.
The food is good but the service is poor.
The manager and waiters refuse to help move my family when the outdoor patio seating has a lot bees. My wife got stung and took the management half an hour to come to treat my wife. They came only after she got upset and refused to seat down until ...

  • What a bad experience we had...
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/03/08
Few weeks prior our arrival, we already made our reservations. But unforetunately, when we arrived, rooms were not prepared yet. Yes, we were there at 1:00 p.m. and check-in time was 3:00 p.m. We did wait until 3:30 p.m. but still our rooms were not yet clean and prepared. We waited until 5:30 p.m. and our party will start at 6:00 p.m. How can we ...

  • It wasnt great then again it wasnt a resort neither.
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/01/07
Our bed was too soft, me and a few others
who was staying here for the weekend got a
really bad backache after the first night.
So we slept on the floor the second night.

Buffet breakfast at CIMA will cost you $14
per person, this buffet is limited in choices
5 items in total to choose from, but it is
all you can eat for what its worth. ...

  • Hidden oasis outside of LA
    By Shelagh, 05/11/07
Due to the lack of reasonably priced hotels closer to LA, we opted to try our luck at the Pacific Palms. Though it is obviously geared for business people/avid golfers, we were very happy with our choice. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay, attending to any requests. Our room was VERY large, with a nice office area if that is important ...

  • Excellent experience!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/06
We stayed at the pacific palms for 3 nights and found the place to be very clean and comfortable. Our room was made up perfectly each day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the place whatsoever - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. With the rate we got through travelocity we got a huge bang for our buck!!

  • They call themselves a resort????
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/25/06
Stayed at this hotel for a couple nights. Lobby was nice and bright, but difficult to find the guest elevators. Room was much smaller than most name brand hotels. Got a cheap rate through an online booking site. The only dining facilty on property was closed for dinner due to low occupancy!!! I was redircted to a tacky sports bar on the bottom ...

    By Luvlyazn, 10/19/05
    This place is beautiful~
I was there for my cousin's wedding, it was great. But the food catering should of been beter!!!
I also have visited Pacific Palms with my boyfriend and it was a great place to just walk around and enjoy the night view.

  • Great hotel
    By Stanley L, 09/26/05
Located atop a hill presiding over the City of Industry area, Pacific Palms Resort and conference center is the most luxurious hotel around. Surrounded by giant green trees and a lush golf course, the resort offers many high end amenities found only in four star resorts. The prices for the rooms are a great bargain. The service is not so great by it is still a great value. Don't miss the golfing packages offered by the hotel.

  • Great!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/12/05
The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. We got a great rate on the room. The only problem was that there were supposed to be robes in the room which there were not. So we had to tell them that weren't any there so we wouldn't be charged at checkout. Other than that it was wonderful, had a great time.
