Newly Renovated, NiceWe have been staying at this lovely Santa Cruz Mountain Hotel for years. They recently renovated all of the rooms, and they are very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the Deluxe Continental Breakfast is great. It was very nice to have complimentary coffee and tea available during office hours. Management stinks! Very rude!We have been staying at this hotel over the years because we love the area. In fact, I even stayed there long before it was the Econo Lodge, when it was called the Ben Lomond Hilton.
