Access to the first floor of accommodations is up two flights of stairs.
There is no elevator! Anyone who is walking impaired will have difficulty.
There is also no service to help with bags so pack light!

We stayed in the Crow's Nest at the Palace for a week in July, 08 and loved it. The location is right in the middle of downtown. The shops in the area are all very fun and varied. The rooms are very Victorian and made for a nice vacation experience. We had read some of the other negative reviews and were a little wary but we would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. Our room had a small kitchen and adequate bathroom.
