Our place is a hit. Stay in one of the "cabins" - has a kitchen, fireplace, TV. Did I mention the community steamroom, sauna, and jacuzzis? Great any time of year.

A very friendly woman whose face I still remember greeted us when my wife and I were newlyweds and barely able to afford a honeymoon. The expression on the woman's face was almost one of concern for our waiting so long to stay at OPATB. Her pleasant smile and genuine warmth has remained a part of our memories of Long Beach.

Eleven years ...

My family has stayed at "Our Place at the Beach" many times over the last 10 years. We love the relaxing at ease feeling and the very reasonable price. I strongly recommend anyone that's visiting the Long Beach/ Ilwaco area and looking for clean comfortable surroundings, friendly service and a great price rate to be sure to check it out.

I live here and one thing that I don't really like is the weather SO unpreditable. It could rain 40 percent of the day and be sunny the other 60 percent (it's mostly rainy though) a couple of things I like about here is it's so beautiful. We basically live on the beach. We also has a lot of wildlife and wilderness her. Well thats what I think of here you should come here and see for your self.

We have stayed here regularly over the Memorial Day weekend for about 10 years now. Longbeach on that weekend is crowded, noisy, somewhat tacky, but a lot of fun during the day and early evening, but gets a bit old at night.

OPATB is a nice, quiet, no-frills motel in a residential area south of the main 'strip' and the boardwalk. ...

How about a quaint Mom amd Pop Motel on the beach. Microwave ovens and refrigerators in all the rooms.
Then, discover a fully equipt Spa . Steamroom, Suana, and two large indoor spas. there is a full Gym also. All this at a super bargain price.

Everything well cared for and quiet. We're heading there for our second stay tonight.
