Even though we didn't have an ocean view room, the room was still great. It was spotless! I really enjoyed the high quality mattress, sheets, and towels. I would've arranged the room differently, but it was fine. The staff was friendly and outgoing and made us really feel like "guests" rather than customers.

We loved the complimentary breakfast. The covered swimming pool was great for those rainy days. Very friendly and very helpful staff - an absolute bonus!.

Only wish was that the carpets were a little cleaner. Other than that, our experience was wonderful! We will be back!

Excellent front desk employee. The pool was clean and warm, the rooms are very neat. The staff helped out. Big "D" was the man on the propery. He went out of his way to help us. We will always be back because of him.

Everything about the place was great. It was clean, the location was near many restaurants yet secluded. The swimming pool was great. We loved it and plan a return trip soon.

My girlfriend and I have spent our year anniversary at Pelican Shores for the last two years. We have absolutely loved the location and views provided by ocean facing rooms. I love Pelican Shores, I've come to this resort for several years now. The people are always so nice and accomidating. The pool is beautiful and love how it's set up with the bar-b-q right outside the doors. Rooms are so private and the view is breath taking. I suppose the resident cat is no longer there, but did have a cat with his own cat ...

This hotel is great, the views and the rooms are the highlight. The only thing it's lacking is great customer service, the employees there are nice, but not outstanding. This is the #1 place to stay!!
