Liked: The location was very close to the beach and activities in Gold Beach. Our cottage was clean and neat. The grounds were well kept, nice green grass, flowers and trees, no litter. An complimentary breakfast is offered.

Ireland's is charming, but it's time for them to purchase new beds. It's far too expensive for beds that sag in the middle and even chairs that cave in. However, the charm of the all wood rooms, the fireplace and gorgeous ocean views make it a very desirable place to want to stay when coming to Gold Beach. I think if everyone complained about the beds, they would buy new ones and then we can all give great ratings to this nice place.

I've been to Ireland's Rustic Lodge twice. Both experiences were wonderful. The rooms are wonderful with a view of the ocean. My husband who had been having back trouble felt better after sleeping on their bed. It's a great weekend getaway, with some great restaurants near by, a wonderful book store for readers. We enjoyed our stay there immensely.

What an incredible place for the value. Where else can you rent a three bedroom home, by the ocean for this great deal. No wonder you have to make reservations so far in advance.
