The upside is the location is in the correct latitude for San Antonio. The South Side of the city can be a little rough.

I have taken my family to other Embassy Suites and they have been great. This one was not. The staff was friendly and helpful, but our room was dirty. Right after we got there, we let our kids run around the room and their feet turned black. Not dirty, but BLACK! My wife also kept asking me, "..what is that smell?"
