We had a wonderful..They front desk service was helpful with arranging tickets.We had an baby they allowed us into the kitchen in the middle of the night to heat his bottles.The bed's were big the tub was awsome they provided a crib .The only thing we didn't like that there was no microwaves.But we would stay there again and we have told others what a wonderful time we had..

The online pics are VERY misleading! The gift shop and pool are NOT AT ALL what they appear to be. We arrived (3 adults and 2 kids) only to be told that there were only 2 beds in the room - no pull outs or cots were offered. The reservation was made for 5 people. We enjoyed our stay at Bearskin Lodge so much last year that we are returning in October for another stay. We loved the location of Bearskin Lodge--within walking distance of town with a trolley stop just outside of the hotel. We were disappointed in this Hotel. The pool and lazy river are very small while they appear large and almost "water park like" in the brochure.

They have one elevator which was not adequate for the number of rooms and guests. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator so most of the time we used the staircase.

That's what we thought about this hotel. From the time we got there until we left we had a ball. The service was great . The attendants were very friendly.The room was clean with all we needed. But my favorite part of our stay was relaxing in the lazy river.It was also very close to everything in town. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I LOVE the veiw out the back windows! You haven't experienced the best unless been here
for a trip. Beleive me, you won't want to leave this awsome place to go home.It's also walking distance from a great public path and

our hotel room was very cozy and clean! the view from our private balcony wasnt that great but the sound of the stream below was relaxing! the room had 2 queens, a fireplace, and a huge jacuzzi. its a little pricey but thats alright. within walking distance of the Ober tram alot of nice dining. over all, it was a good experience. recommended!

We went snowboarding at ober gatlinberg but we stayed at the bearskin lodge. It had a great room with fireplace and a balconey over looking the river. The hotel was close enoph for us to walk to the arial tram to the slops, plus was in walking distance to all of the shopping and night life. Breakfast was ok the room it was served in was way way to small and the workers were getting frustrated with the cramped qoarters.
