I like the price and the cleanliness. Most of all, I like the management. They really want you to enjoy your stay in Mackinaw City. And the homemade muffins for breakfast cannot be beat.

Have stayed a couple of places before in Mack City that were OK but this is the best. Just had our family reunion at the Chippewa and the Laurie and the staff was very accomodating, helpful and pleasant!

The beach, waterfront and view at the Chippewa are excellent as well.

Booked hotel online with the intentions of thinking I would have this hotel. Got there and was sent to a different (sister) hotel. Which was NOT as nice.

There was nothing I disliked about the cabins stayed there 5 yrs in a row now wonderful people and great place to stay!!!!

We return every year to the Chippewa Motor Lodge, it is an exceeptional value. I just made reservations this year and as usual the price for my waterfront room was about $20 less than the other hotels I checked.

From the views of the island to the well kept grounds we can't wait to check in.
