We liked the hotel and all its amenities (pools, restaurant, bowling alley!) The room was very spacious. The people at the front desk were very friendly/helpful.

Our only problem was the housekeeping. It was awful. Also, we had to go to the main desk each day to request coffee for our coffee pot.

Our stay this time was not enjoyable. Do to lack of elevators working, spent a good amount of our time trying to get back an forth to your rooms. The house keeper did leave coffee a couple of days. She did an awful job of making the beds. This was our 5th year we have been there but probable will try a different hotel next year.
