Was expecting much more from this hotel.
The food was not at the level I expected. The corn and crab soup was luke warm, too thick, and all you could taste was cumin. The award winning crab spring roll tasted like the old oil (sesame?) it was fried in, again, never tasted the crab, the bacon served with the salmon wasn't even edible, and ...

The staff is friendly, the rooms are lovely. For the price of the room you get absolute top service. The pool is huge and clean with floats provided. Birds of all kind surround you when you sit out on the adirondack chairs looking out onto the river - the whole place is made for relaxation. Free bicycles to borrow or just a short walk into the town to do a little shopping.
