The rooms were very spacious and clean. I loved the veranda all the way around the Inn. Our room was on the back and we had a lovely view overlooking the canal and river behind the Inn. This was my second stay at the Veranda with friends on a golf trip. The first time was exactly two years ago and the place was great!! Same friends went this time and we were all disappointed. Place is definitely getting a little run down and dirty. Beds were absolutely horrible....it wouldv'e been better to sleep on the floor.

Hotel was located right on busy street. The bed was TERRIBLE!!! Roaches in the room. I would NEVER go back! There is a good restaurant across the street, that was the only good thing about the Veranda Hotel.
