FIRST OF ALL THIS PLACE OVERCHARGES THE CARD
TO TOP THAT OFF THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE
THE GUY THAT ATTENDED US WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, WE GOT THE RATE OF $124 AND CHARGED THE CARD $175.88, AND WE WERE QUOTED 99.00 ON THE PHONE , WHEN WE CONFRONTED THE MANAGER THEY SAID THEY HAVENT CHARGED US BUT THE CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY
SO DONT COME HERE

The man t the front desk would not let me check in an hour early made me wait then made me wait and additional 30 minutes for them to put a crib in my room. The rooms are pleasant. Comfortable beds, nice tv and accomodated 5 people comfortably. As for the location...accessable to the bus station. If you are looking to go to Times Square a lot it ...

Dirty. Bed bugs. At least one made the trip home with me. My wife freaked out. After 2 am when I checked in, the clerk sold a room at hourly rates.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes - an overnight stay to catch a flight the next morning. Room was extremely small. Neighborhood wasn't great. My main complaint is that their website states that children under 17 stay free, but they charged me $20 ($10/child) extra person fees for my 2 kids aged 15 & 14. That's not free. ...

Too much renting by the hour. Renters come and go almost every hour during the nigthtime.

Staff is not service orented. They do not go out of their way to accomodate their guests.

Planes were practically landing on the hotel. I didn't sleep at all. It was fairly clean, old, small bathrooms. It was close to the airport, too close for me!

The location of the hotel is amzing, as well as the shuttle service and the coutesy of the people working there. room service was prompt and satisfactory.
