Great place for the price. Very clean and roomy, nice clean pool and great breakfast. Waffles and coffee were GREAT.Young girl at front desk was very helpful to our needs. Walking distance to the park for young couple or teenage children. Would stay there again. Went to Springsteen concert at Hershey. Loved it.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, however the room seemed clean, but the bedspread and blankets looked soiled, but the sheets appeared clean. I found the hotel great!!! The rooms were very spacious and my daughter loved the pool. We have been making a trip to Hershey each year for approximately 12 years and found this hotel the best thus far. We have tried to book for next year but thsir system only allows for reservations out six months.

Our negative experience began as soon as we arrived as well--we were given the wrong room and price ---after several phone calls to confirm. The pool made us break out in a rash and we had cold water for 3 days!! I will never go back, nor recommend !! the worst hotel stay of our lives!! The staff and management were argumentative and rude.
