As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"'; however we came nowhere near getting our money's worth. When we "moved in" to our room and checked the bathrom, all of the fixtures for the shower were in the bottom of the bathtub. We were given another room and when we used the toilet it wouldn't flush. It took 2 attempts to get the front desk to respond to the problem. This should not have a AAA rating

we stayed 3 days while touring mt. desert isle and enjoyed the hotel immensly- loved the fact that the rooms are all on one level and could sit outside our room to enjoy the "maine experience". we had no complaints and found a great value-would definitely book this hotel again.while the front desk was not particularly friendly we had our every need met when we had questions or needs.
Outstanding value.. Nice large well lit room with kitchenette..My only problem was the mosquitos at night..But in all fairness that is the nature of the area..Compared to other hotels in the area overall value is A++++
