Grounds were beautiful. On-site restaurant was very good. Housekeeping needs help. Ran out of in-room coffee, wash cloths and hand towels. Sink not clean on check-in. Room condition was poor: moisture between panes of one window, carpet at door to balcony worn and actually shredded.

the hotel has a relaxing feel, it has a nice pool and great food right in the back. they also are really clean and comfortable beds.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There was mildew in the bathroom, the ceiling was leaking and falling apart. The furniture was stained with i don't know what. The sheets where old and ragged. I talked to a number of other guests and they all had complaints. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

Rooms weren't ready at 4:00 for check in after long drive-common complaint as the lobby was packed. My wife checked our room as it was being cleaned and almost threw up from the mold/smoke smell. Beautiful! Right on the water! Was cold in August for us Floridian, we were in sweaters.
Great restaurants on water with gorgeous view but too expensive!
Room was nice, had Bath & Body works cool citrus basil stuff that I love!

The service was good, the place was very pretty. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. However, the rooms smelled musky and also smelled of smoke, although the whole resort is said to be smoke free. Even the hallways smelled bad. If it wasn't for that, it would be a great place to stay
