Good HotelStayed with family on holiday. Lovely hotel with access to most shopping malls. Good and friendly staff. Good tour operator in the hotel. Expensive Internet access had to use cyber cafe at the mall within the complex. Had one ugly incident, power in the room went out for almost one hour other than that it was an enjoyable stay at the hotelOVERALLService

needs remodelingHotel is well located, near MRT and in busy part of town.
Building is old and a little confusing to get to the lobby, as another poster said almost hard to tell it is even a hotel from the outside. Lobby is nice and open. Amazing place!If you are looking for a good quiet place with all the facilities that a hotel should have, this is it! My brother and their family invite us to take vacation with our parents in singapore. and he took me there. at first, i surprised with this hotel.
