I got very disappointed being a Member of this Hotel. Years back they were one of the finest... but a couple of times just recently when we checked in they have untidy furnishings and TERRIBLE FOOD. Great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is simply delicous. My daughter enjoyed the shopping malls which is right around the corner.

Everthing was positive about the hotel. There was a little glitch when my room key did not work, but the staff a[ologized and took care of it. All in all my home away from home in Manila! The service and tge upgraded hotel was great! I could not understang why some reviews were bad about this property!

This hotel is very clean and beautiful and the guest is serviced down to every detail. They seem to not be able to do enough to make you happy.

The InterContinental Hotel in Makati experience was indeed wonderful. Because of its strategic location,it is just a walk away from the MRT station, SM Makati, Landmark, Glorietta and Greenbelt.
