1 1/2 yrs nearly every weekend staid there in Concord KL City. Has changed into bad in terms of approach / attitude / response. Had to call the bell boys several times. Getting a second key for your wife is a real bad issue. Provided in total 6 times the info's. Had enaugh. Arrogant duty managers. No experience. Change now back to One world or Marriott again.

the hotel in sultan ismail street it has a great loacation just beside te hard rock cafe a distance walk from petronas tower and anthor distance walk from bukit bintage street which have many shopping malls in this street and just beside it the malasia tour bus station and also the malasian railway station

The hotel has a great location amid lots of nightlife and activity, wired broadband which worked well, great breakfast included, and lots of live music inside. Well recommended.

I have stayed in that hotel for 5 days, in a premier room, it was very clean, but i had to change my room more than 3 times, the first time i found a great noise comming from the air conditioning system, the second and third times the internet broadband was down. the hotel is in great position if you are welling also to enjoy night life in KL. and generally the hotel is very good, just needs better technical management.

Stayed here on 2004 and was very pleasantly suprised. Location is spot on, price is great and the Hotel offers everthing you could reasonably (or otherwise) ask for. I payed about £40 sterling per night back then for a room in the premier wing which was big, clean and very well fitted out. Its about a 5 minute walk from the Petronas Towers so you're in a great stop. Only had breakfast there and even that was great! Highly reccommended.

This place is dirty and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. There was this person named Andrew who was always making noise in the dining area.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the
rooms were also very clean and plesant. It was value for money and the food was awsome. It really felt nice and comfortable there. The pool really nice too. If I go to Kul again, I will stay there only!!!
