They claim that El Mouradi is 5* hotel. That is a joke. If you are used to travel in real 5* hotels you will be very disapointed. The service is not good at all. Most of the people speak only french or arabic including in the reception. It is very modestly (cheap) decorated, I booked trough internet, but the rate they charged was something else. ...

i liked this place mostly because of the entertainmet staff, mostly pipo it was very clean and the food was great, if only the area could have been better it would have beenx a perfect holiday, althouugh evey other place was only about 30 mins drive

The hotel is new and the entrance is very impressive and very 5* however that's where it ends.
Staff throughout are inexperienced, especially bar staff, a pint of beer consists of half pint beer + half pint foam, no matter how many times you tell the staff how to pull a pint the result was nearly always the same.The price for a round of drinks ...
