Doing the best they canI was kind of surprised when I arrived in my room and saw that it was unlike any that I have ever stayed in before. Then I made the adjustment to the conditions and recognized that these people are doing the absolute best they can with the resources available. Never againStayed in the Hotel Villa for a few months...
Rooms are not cleaned well, there were large coakroaches, ants and lizards living in my room.
There was constant electrical interuptions, as much as 12 times a day/night..This caused lack of sleep (air conditioners turned off and on), very hot rooms, TV program cut-offs and a great lack of water ...You have found this review helpful.2 of 6 Yahoo! Hope it has improvedI stayed at the Cape Sierra in early 2002: the room was OK (no balcony, though) but a bit dirty, the minibar was non existent and I had BIG cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff did their best, and the pool was nice, but the food in the restaurant mediocre. Having the beach and the bars in the vicinity was great.
