Door keys always failed to work, bedding itchy, pillows lumpy, while i was napping a man entered my room (did not knock) and sprayed the drapes with insecticide, front desk staff snobby, and the PROMISED internet access was again not available.. had to hike downtown to internet cafe! Novotel or intercontinental a much better bet!

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, THE WAITERS AND WAITRES'S ARE WONDERFUL. I THOUGHT THE FOOD WAS GREAT.! I RATE THIS HOTEL AS 5 STAR.

I really loved the restaurant here, especially the soup, and the wonderful waitors. The people working in the restaurant are really friendly, but those at the front desk could do a bit bitter. The room was lovely and clean, and the housekeeping really well done.

Tip: You have to pay for the wireless internet by the hour, and there is no use ...

I thought the hotel was exotic and yet modern in the center of Kigali. There is a breakfast buffet included with the room rate on the top floor restaurant. The only down side that I found was the lack of air conditioning. The hotel did provide a fan, which help out immensely.

I loved everything about it...and the history of what it went through is good to know, as well. The staff was awesome,the food,local,pool...(and some very pretty "ladies of the evening" did`nt hurt either). Very comfortable lobby..i could sit there for days. I used a different name while there, so that my co-partners could leave me in peace and the manager did`nt object at all...good man!! He understood business.

This hotel did not live up to its reputation. The rooms were not very clean and there was no internet service which made it impossible to do work while we were there.

This hotel is a nice hotel. Service is good, and the location couldnt be better. Its location to all main tourist atractions and kigali was awesome. I stayed here on a buisness trip before i knew of its scarred history but i soon found out after seeing the movie "hotel rwanda" now it is somewhat hard to get out of my head, but u really cant tell of its passed issues while u are staying.

i loved this hotel i was in kigali to visit my family and it was so convenient. The service was good and there was always someone around to help me. The whole hotel was clean . i had such a plesant time . the people were so nice. the lady at the desk was so kind when i got lost i had to ask for directions and she fully explained where to go. id ...
