Stayed in the King's Suite, awoke to the call to prayer each day. After spending four days visiting Paul Bowles in Tangier, this was a fabulous experience.

I stayed there a few night last week at the hotel with my wife

It was incredible. It's very clean and very well staffed. They somehow didn't have our booking through our travel agency but that was quickly fixed.

After that, it was just nice. Our room was with the view of the front of the hotel, which was fine as if you really wanted ...

We spent 2 awful nights in Palais Jamai. We had a noisy room and the muezzin woke us up at around 5.am every morning. The service was unprofessional and didn't move a finger to accomodate us.
Fortunately we found a room for our 3rd and 4th nights at Riad Fes where everything was more than we ever hoped for.
