Too much drunkness at happy hour and too much uncontollable Chinese.I do like the security at the parking.The Waitresses are old and slow to serve.

We found the Maseru Sun to be hopelessly overpriced for the quality of amenities and poor levels of service.

The rooms are in serious need of refurbishment and the establishment has a tired air of neglect about it.

It would appear that the near-monopoly that Sun International has on Maseru business-class accomodation has made the owners greedy and caused them to neglect an otherwise prime asset.
