My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel building appears quite immpressive when you first enter and the gym is very good, but the standard of the rooms is much lower than you would expect for 5 star, espcially the bathrooms. Most staff were extrememly friendly, good humoured and knowledgable but those on reception ...

me and my wife had spent two nights the room was very small the room services is poor the beds are not well cleaned and the furnture is very old they charge you more than it diserves rated as five stars hotel which is very strange...the only good thing the swiming pool

I stayed in Amman for a while and I always went back to this Hotel for Food, the Mexican Restauant is amazing with the best service and most friendly staff. The Lebanese Restauarnt (Burj Al Hamam) has the best mediterranean food I have ever seen. The rooms are very clean too, I just loved this Hotel and I would recommend it for everyone.
