We had to come t town for a death in family, came in about 11 pm checked in went to room and slept wasn't told that it was no smoking had a smoke in the morning and left. was charged 250.00 extra was not told anything at check in. Don't stay if you are a smoker I think they try to get people so they can charge fee. Called manager he was very rude I did not think he cared will not stay again. Just wanted to vent my unhappiness. Thank You

Asked for the quietest room available. Bed lamps did not work. November 11th and the room heat/ac was rusty noisy and the heat did not work. Switched to another room. New heat/ac was all modern but no fan only switch. Why was this important: to drown out the traffic noise that came from all diretions. Do not know what they would do about the ...

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy.The bedding was soft and fluffy. Staff and management were pleasant.

The breakfast bar was kept well stocked. There was eggs, toast, bagels, pastries, donuts, waffles with various syrups and toppings, biscuits, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, breakfast ...

WHEN WE CHECKED INTO OUR ROOMS, THE FRONT LOBBY CLERK YOU COULD TELL WAS STONED OR ON SOMETHING. iT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS A BIG BOTHER FOR HIM TO ASSIST US, AS HE HAD HIS BOYFRIEND WITH HIM BEHIND THE FRONT DESK. OVERPRICED, AND NOISY, SLOPPY APPEARANCE IN THE FRONT LOBBY, MISC. THINGS SITTING AROUND ON TABLES. PROB. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.SUPPOSED TO BE NON-SMOKING, BUT WE DIDN'T THINK THAT POLICY WAS BEING FOLLOWED
