Staff were rude, they constantly made mistakes with bookings and organisation. So called 'planned activities' did not exist. We were charged for things that were mean to be included and had to sort these problems out daily. Broken things in our room were not fixed after several rquests. Enjoy the beautiful island but dont stay here!
