While the hotel was generally good in terms of service, I applied and paid for my prokard card a year and a half ago when I stayed there. I did not receive my card or any form of response inspite of my reminding them twice. Given up now. Never got to use it and its probably expired.

I have not been in other Lagos hotels, maybe they are all bad, but some of the reviews here are just fantasy land. The price quoted on the front page is wrong - I was charged 320 US Dollars per night.
The room is generally OK, however, there are problems because the shower is really week and gives out intermittent hot and cold water whatever you ...

I am a frequent caller at this hotel and discover that there is no permanent management.I can see a more customer friendly atmosphere if these measures are take. I will still recommend it to friends and associates

Somebody from this hotel hacked into my e-mail account and now they are asking all my friends to send Western Union Money Orders to this hotel.

The hotel costs a lot more than is quoted on the site. It is not as clean as it could be. And readers beware of these reviews! Think a little before booking a night at this "marvelous" hotel!!!!!!

This hotel has a very nice and helpful staff. The service in restaurant and reception gives you a feeling to stay on a very nice place.

This is false advertising. I have absolutely no clue where this misrepresentation is coming from but someone needs to address it imediately. The says $30.00-150 us dollars. When you start the reservation process, it changes to $300-412 US Dollars

I went to this hotel and checked the price from Yahoo travel which was about 60USD but when I reached there the minimum price was about 285 USD per night which is a lot compared to Eko hotel just alongside.
