the staff was rude. the housekeeping wasn't nice. the front desk wasn't nice either. i wouldn't stay here again,

This hotel was very clean, quite and the beds are very comfortable. I also enjoyed the more than average continetal breakfast selections. We would definitely stay again.

Our family meets once a year in Ottumwa and every year we stay at the Fairfield Inn. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have been staying there for years and never look anywhere else.
