I recently stayed 4 days at the San Juan Marriott. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious, nice decorated, and very clean. I trully recommend this hotel to anyone, beautiful pool, great location (Condado District) over all a very nice place to stay in. Go for it and book it.

The staff was great and helped with everything from booking dinner to giving you tips so you could make up your own walking tour .The rooms and hotel are spotless. The house band was great also.The casino was a little crowded and they needed more $5.00 talbles but me and my wife didn't even notice. Make sure you do the zipline out of this world .Nyorican cafe Sat. night the house band was great wish I spoke spanish.

Upon arrival at the hotel we found the staff to be cordial, friendly and efficient. We loved our oceanfront views and the prestine beautiful beach. Other family members were staying at the Hyatt, but in comparison the Marriott hotel felt more cozy, less populated and not overrun with children. THE PICTURES DO NOT LIE!!! I HAD A BALL DURING THE TRIP AND THE HOTEL IS GREAT AND EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. DON'T LET SOMEONE'S BAD REVIEW TURN YOU AWAY BECAUSE THEY STAY WAS GREAT AND I WAS THERE FOR 5 DAYS AND 4 NIGHTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE RESORT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Overall this was a great place to stay. Check in time is a 4:00 pm when I arrived it was about 3:30 so I knew I may have to wait. Well by 5:00 I was still waiting. We just got back from PR and we loved the hotel .. Everything about it was fabulous. The people there,the room, the gym , room service house keeper !. I would let my entire family stay here !!! love it cant wait to go back... p.s also everything was near by and the food around was great also .
