the only one complaint i have is the tv remote control didn't work well. the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the service was great. the pool was great. i would stay here again.

I had expected a "cheap" hotel experiece. I was wrong. I was very pleased with this location both times we stayed there. The rooms are average. Not shoddy but not eleagant either. The service however is wonderful! The workers all act like they ENJOY their job. And the FREE breakfast is GREAT!! Large selection of foods, and plenty out no matter how busy! We have not even tried to stay anywhere else when in Louisville!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The room was large with nice, comfortable beds. It had an inside and outside entry door which was very convenient for getting our stuff back into the car.
